Today there are many different ways of dancing Tango, and it is up to each individual dancer to choose between them. One of the options available to the modern Tango dancer is the technique created in the prácticas of the Golden Age - the cornerstone of the first two decades of the Tango Renaissance, and still the prefered technique of many Tango dancers today.
For those who are interested in exploring all the possibilities that Tango has to offer, this workshop is an opportunity to experiment with Golden Age Tango technique. Only by experiencing the many techniques that Tango has to offer can each individual dancer make an informed choice, and find the technique that will suit them best.
This workshop is taught by Christine Denniston, author of The Meaning of Tango, well known for her knowledge of, and skill in communicating, the essence of Golden Age Tango technique.
This is a rare opportunity to take a workshop with Christine, and should not be missed.
This workshop is now full. Please contact us to be added to the waiting list, or join our mailing list for details of future workshops - or both!
